RF frequency /radial position calibration:

For a 1 mm radial position trim:

Delta f_RF = -214.7 +- 0.2 Hz         f_RF = 200'394'400 Hz for a radial trim = 0.

Given a momentum compaction factor of 1.928 E-3 for the LHC optics

Delta p/p = 0.5557 E-3
